58 Mosley Street underwent a full refurbishment following the departure of Slater & Gordon, transforming the eight-floor office building into a modern workspace. Our team was responsible for applying intumescent coatings to all structural steel, working closely with the paint manufacturer to develop a specification that provided 90- and 120-minute fire protection. In addition, we applied decorative coatings to all internal soffits and M&E services, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout.

This large-scale project required close collaboration with the main contractor and other trades on-site to maintain smooth operations. Despite the complexity of the work, the project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, demonstrating our expertise in delivering high-performance fire protection and decorative finishes efficiently.
