This meticulous process was carried out to ensure the long-term durability of the roof and prevent further deterioration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, the roof underwent a complete restoration. ORS applied a high-quality Giromax system, which not only provided excellent protection against the elements but also offered a visually appealing finish. The Giromax system is renowned for its durability and reliability, and as a testament to its quality, it comes with a comprehensive 20-year warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To minimize any disruption to the business park, all the restoration works were carefully planned and executed over a weekend. This allowed for the completion of the project without causing any interruptions to the daily operations of the Factory or its neighbouring businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through expertise in roof restoration, meticulous attention to detail, and the use of industry-leading products, ORS successfully revitalized the roof of this factory in Wellington Business Park.
