ORS played a pivotal role as the principal contractor, working directly for the end user, in a notable project aimed at updating the curtain walling and rejuvenating the overall appearance of the building. The scope of work included a comprehensive re-spray of all existing aluminium and UPVC windows, transforming them from a dated blue colour to a more modern grey. The re-spray was carried out both internally and externally, ensuring a cohesive and uniform look throughout the building.

The scope of spraying extended beyond the windows and entrance atrium. ORS also tackled the task of spraying various elements including steel columns, bracing RWP (rainwater pipes), fascia’s, and sliding doors. By giving attention to these details, the overall aesthetic of the building was greatly enhanced.

The transformation from the original blue colour to the modern grey tone brought a fresh and contemporary look to the entire building, elevating its visual appeal.
