The project encompassed several key steps to revitalize the cladding, brickwork, soffits, fascia, and windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first phase involved a thorough pressure wash of all cladding and brickwork, ensuring a clean and debris-free surface. To protect and enhance the brickwork, Dulux Weathershield Smooth, a high-quality weather-resistant coating, was applied. This treatment not only provided a fresh and uniform look but also helped to protect the brickwork from the elements, ensuring its longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cladding surfaces were thoroughly prepared to achieve optimal adhesion and a flawless finish. Following the preparation process, a coating of Girocote, a premium spray-applied finish, was applied to the cladding. This not only restored its appearance but also provided enhanced protection against weathering, UV rays, and other environmental factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The soffits, fascia, and windows also received special attention. They were thoroughly prepared and treated with a 2 pack system, chosen for its durability and long-lasting performance. This comprehensive approach ensured that all components of the building&#8217;s exterior were restored to their optimal condition. In addition, the refurbishment project included repairing and making good any screw holes left behind from previous signage removal. This attention to detail ensured a seamless and polished finish, leaving no visible traces of the previous signage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result of the refurbishment was a rejuvenated exterior for Tim Hortons in Penrith. The pressure-washed cladding and brickwork, along with the fresh coatings, brought new life to the building, enhancing its overall aesthetics and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
