The walls, underside of the roof soffit, structural steel, galvanized roof purlins, and cladding were prepared and re-sprayed. This involved thorough surface cleaning, removal of any existing coatings, and the application of a fresh coat to achieve a uniform and revitalized look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, three external textured plastisol cladded columns received special attention. They were prepared and re-sprayed in a modern silver colour, adding a level of sophistication to the overall aesthetic of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
