Elevating a landmark building with ORS

Witness the remarkable transformation of Anchorage Quay, as ORS breathes new life into its façade. We undertook the extensive task of converting the original blue powder-coated finish into a sleek and contemporary RAL 9004 black, creating a more modern aesthetic.

In a direct partnership with the building owner, ORS ensured a seamless and efficient process in completing the extensive project of spray painting thousands of meters of aluminium curtain walling and window frames. Our skilled professionals applied their expertise to achieve a flawless and uniform finish, elevating the appearance of the entire building.

Despite the building being live and occupied with tenants throughout the project, ORS ensured zero disruption to daily activities. As main contractors, ORS took the lead with professionalism and expertise. Operating under a JCT contract and employing SMSTS site management, our team meticulously oversaw every aspect of the transformation, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional results.
