ORS carried out a range of essential services to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the building at Chorley Market.

One of the key tasks involved the preparation and lining of six valley gutters using the Girosil Gutter System. This advanced system ensures reliable and long-lasting protection against water ingress and helps maintain the integrity of the building’s drainage system.

To enhance the overall waterproofing of the roof, ORS also performed sealing work on the tiles. This process helps prevent any potential leaks or water damage, ensuring a watertight roofing system.

Additionally, the project included the repair, preparation, and glazing of the roof lights. This involved carefully addressing any damages or defects in the roof lights, preparing them for the application of new glazing, and ensuring optimal clarity and functionality.
