This project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s exterior and interior. ORS carried out various tasks to enhance the overall look and condition of the property.

The exterior of the building underwent a thorough cleaning process with a 3000psi fungicidal pressure wash. This process effectively removed dirt and grime from the vertical wall cladding. Additionally, the profile cladding, capping’s, and flashings, previously in a blue colour, were carefully prepared and re-sprayed to restore their appearance. The external faces of all aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling were also prepared and re-sprayed, giving them a refreshed and uniform look.

Inside the building, ORS addressed corrosion issues by conducting cleaning and abrasion, and applying a certified 60-minute intumescent paint system to the structural steelwork. This ensures compliance with fire safety standards and enhances the longevity of the steelwork.

Throughout the project, ORS maintained meticulous workmanship and attention to detail. A 10-year applicators warranty is included, providing clients with peace of mind regarding the durability and longevity of the completed work.
