ORS undertook a comprehensive re-spray project at HomeSense in Altrincham, focusing on various surfaces to enhance their appearance and provide long-lasting protection.
The walls, underside of the roof soffit, structural steel, galvanized roof purlins, and cladding were prepared and re-sprayed. This involved thorough surface cleaning, removal of any existing coatings, and the application of a fresh coat to achieve a uniform and revitalized look.
In addition, three external textured plastisol cladded columns received special attention. They were prepared and re-sprayed in a modern silver colour, adding a level of sophistication to the overall aesthetic of the building.
To ensure safe and efficient access during the project, ORS provided powered access equipment. This allowed their team to work at height with precision and ease, ensuring every area was properly treated and coated.
By combining their expertise in surface preparation, professional re-spraying techniques, and the use of high-quality materials, ORS successfully transformed the appearance of HomeSense. The re-spraying of blockwork, cladding, structural steel, roof purlins, and columns not only improved the visual appeal but also provided enhanced protection against environmental factors, contributing to the longevity of the surfaces.
