Northbank Industrial Estate

ORS carried out a comprehensive refurbishment project at Northbank Industrial Estate in Irlam, focusing on the transformation of the cladding system.

The existing blue profiled cladding panels on all four elevations of the building underwent preparation and re-spray. This process involved thorough cleaning, repair, and surface treatment to ensure optimal adhesion and a flawless finish. By applying a new coating, the cladding panels were refreshed and given a renewed appearance.

Additionally, the capping’s and flashings within the cladding system, which were previously blue, were also prepared and re-sprayed. This step ensured a consistent and cohesive look throughout the building, complementing the overall aesthetics and providing a unified visual impression.

ORS’ attention to detail, expertise in surface preparation, and advanced spray application techniques contributed to the successful transformation of Northbank Industrial Estate. The result is a revitalized and visually appealing building that stands out in its surroundings.
