Tesla, Northampton
ORS undertook a comprehensive refurbishment project to enhance the appearance and condition of the building. The scope of work included various tasks carried out with precision and attention to detail.
The external curtain walling received scrupulous preparation and re-spray, ensuring a refreshed and uniform look throughout the building’s exterior. To achieve a seamless finish, redundant screw holes were repaired, fresh silicone was removed, and necessary repairs were made.
ORS also focused on the cladding of the building, both flat and profiled, across all elevations. Thorough preparation was conducted, followed by a professional re-spray, transforming the cladding and providing a cohesive aesthetic. This included attention to detail on reveals and downpipes, as well as the roof fascia and profiled soffits on all elevations.
Additionally, ORS addressed the fire exit personnel doors at the site. Preparation and re-spray were carried out on all four doors, including frames, both inside and out. This attention to detail ensures a consistent and visually appealing look.
ORS successfully revitalized the appearance of the Tesla branch in Northampton.
