Tool Station, Hull
ORS undertook a comprehensive range of services to improve the condition and functionality of the roof at the Tool Station building in Hull.
One of the major tasks involved the removal and replacement of the roof lights. This ensured optimal natural lighting and improved energy efficiency within the building.
To enhance the performance of the gutter system, ORS carried out a thorough jet wash, cleaning, and re-coating process. Additionally, any areas requiring patch repairs were addressed to prevent potential leaks or damage.
The exterior of the building received a jet wash and debris removal process followed by the treatment of surface corrosion. This helped restore the appearance and structural integrity of the building’s exterior surfaces.
The elevation cladding, gutter trims, and downpipes underwent meticulous preparation and were treated with a high-quality Delcote Architectural Coating System. This coating system not only improved the aesthetics but also provided durable protection against environmental elements.
To facilitate safe access and ensure the completion of the project, ORS provided scaffolding and safety netting, along with powered access equipment as needed.
Through extensive expertise and attention to detail, ORS successfully revitalized the Tool Station building in Hull. The roof lights, gutters, exterior surfaces, and other elements were improved, providing a more functional and visually appealing environment.
